Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Happy Cuisine is an online ordering service for Korean side dishes (banchan) and prepared foods, operated by Happy Cuisine Restaurant. This application is developed and maintained by Nadavibe. By using this service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
3. Orders & Payment
All payments are processed exclusively via Interac e-Transfer to amyhappycuisine@hotmail.com. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Fridays to selected zones in Greater Vancouver. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled by 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations after this time are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false orders, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Happy Cuisine Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
